1Will the app work with any smartphone operating system?Our free C3STROM APP for Android and iOS can be connected to your ASTRO or ASTRO PRO via Bluetooth.
2What are the features of the app? What aspects of the bike can you control with the APP?The C3STROM App has the function of switching between standard and off-road mode (for unlocking the fastest speed). It can record the riding route being used. It also can display the mileage,  error codes and the battery life. These features of the APP truly create an optimal riding experience.

4How much torque does the motor have and what brand is it?The ASTRO PRO has a customized motor with 80N’ m torque. The brand of the motor is BAFANG.
5How many miles does the battery last for every full charge?In the fully charged state, you can ride for about 31 miles using only pure electricity. Distance may vary from rider to rider.Riding in optimal conditions should produce a result of 78 miles.
6How many charging cycles could the battery last?The ASTRO PRO’s battery is designed for about 1000 full-charge battery cycles before reaching 80% of its original capacity.
7What kind of brake system do you use?The ASTRO and ASTRO PRO is equipped with a hydraulic disc brake system. Hydraulic disk brake systems tend to be more reliable than rim brakes or v-brakes, thus providing a safer riding experience.
8What are the height and weight limits for riders?We adjust the position and size of the cushion to achieve the effect of being suitable for people from five feet to six feet high. The ASTRO and ASTRO PRO Both weigh in at a lean 92 to 94 lbs, and max load capacity is 300 lbs.
9Will the rear light on the e-bike provide me with alerts? Will it change in brightness when I brake?When the display is turned on, the tail light will light up, it also has a brake light function.
10What colors do you offer?C3STROM comes in Black and Silver for now.
11Will there be mudguards/fenders on the bike?Yes, the bike comes equipped with full coverage fenders.
12Is the ASTRO PRO water resistant?Yes, C3STROM is waterproof and the lever has a IP65 waterproof rating.
13Can I ride the ASTRO when the battery runs out of power?Yes,of course – don’t forget you can just use the pedals! You can ride the bike without the electrical assistance by using the pedals as you would with an ordinary push bicycle.
14What is the charger’s voltage range?The voltage range of the charger is 110 V.
15Can I monitor the bike’s battery level?Yes, the app tracks and learns your daily mileage average and reminds you when it’s time to charge!
16What kind of motor does the ASTRO PRO use?The ASTRO PRO uses a motor with 1000 nominal wattage / 1400 peak wattage.
17What battery does the ASTRO PRO bike use?The ASTRO PRO bike uses a 52V20AH super range battery, which features the latest Samsung 21700 cells combined with a fast 4A charger.
18Will the bike be shipped fully assembled?C3 Motorbike is shipped almost completely assembled. After receiving the goods, you need to assemble the wheels and handlebars yourself, which is very simple.
19What kind of gearing does the bike offer?The C3STROM has been listening to our enthusiasts and changed the ASTRO and ASTRO PRO’s upside-down 7-speed gearing with an 8-speed gearing.
20Can the battery be removed?Yes, we have designed this bike so that it has a replaceble battery.
21How will the ASTRO PRO be delivered to me and what assembly is required?The C3STROM ASTRO PRO will be delivered  90% already assembled, securely packaged in a box which includes the tools and instructions for assembly, so it only requires a final few steps to be completely assembled. There are instructions provided in the package to complete the assembly, as well as an online video to help you with installing the bike. If you don’t have much experience with ebikes and are unsure about the process even after reading the instructions and watching the video, then we recommend you to ask your local bike shop for help.
22Do C3STROM offer any accessories?Yes, we offer several optional accessories on our website, such as a rear rack, a helmet and a phone mount. We will also be launching other new extra equipment in the future.
23What about spare parts?You will be able to purchase replacement parts directly from our online shop, such as a replacement batteries and proprietary components. We designed the ASTRO PRO bike to use standard off the shelf components, so personalisation and repairs can be acquired simply.
24Is there a maximum speed?To be compliant with local regulations, our bikes are restricted according to local laws. For US customers, we set a speed limit of 28mph on the bike as default. But for enthusiasts you could change to the ‘off-road mode’ for a higher maximum speed via the APP.
25How does the ebike accelerate?For the North American model, we have the twist throttle on the handlebar to your right-hand side. You will also have the 5 level pedal assist via cadence and speed sensors. Accelerate to 32mph in OFF-ROAD mode takes only 11.3 seconds for the throttle and 12.5 seconds for the peddling
26Can someone easily steal my battery?You can lock the battery into the frame, making it harder for someone to steal your battery.
27How do I assemble the ASTRO PRO bike?Please check the manual that come in the box for instruction. We also have installation tutorial on our Youtube channel and at our website.
28What are the most notable features? Highlights?We have poured a lot of energy into making this product meet the needs of most people.  Comfortable riding experience, strong technology design, and multiple power levels to meet different needs.
29Which plug and socket type is the ASTRO PRO bike suitable for? Can I just plug the charger straight into my socket or do I need an adaptor?The default socket type that the C3STROM charger is suitable for is standard two pronged socket used in the US and Canada.
30Will an instruction manual be provided?An instruction manual will be provided along with the package. And we also have video tutorial on our website: www.c3strom.com
31What are the warranty terms and conditions?We provide 1 year warranty. Please check out the C3STROM e-bike warranty terms here.
32Where do I get my ASTRO PRO fixed after purchase?We can currently provide in-person after-sales service for our customers in the LA area. For other regions, we can provide online surpport.
33Can I change the shipping address?In most cases, yes. But if the order has already been dispatched, the address cannot be changed, please check details here.

35When and how can I find my tracking number to track the shipping status of my order?We’re always working to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with an order ID. When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
36How is my privacy protected?We respect your privacy. Our policy on data protection complies with local data privacy laws. No personal data will be collected without knowledge and consent.
37Can you ship ASTRO PRO e-bike to my location?We currently only ship free of charge to the 48 contiguous United States (for clarity, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.) Canadian users can pay an additional $300 as shipping fee at www.c3strom.com.

39What is your refund policy?We will process it for you as soon as possible, and your payment will be returned to you via the original method of payment you used. Please look at the policies of your payment institution to know how long it will take for the refund to arrive.

42What about shipping changes or a missed delivery?Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipment tracking information. C3STROM is not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages by the courier. If a recipient has any special requests like changing the shipping address or the delivery instructions, please contact the courier to arrange that. If the courier delivers the package to the destination, but the recipient is not at home and this results in the loss of the package, the recipient shall be responsible for the consequences.

44Can I pick up an assembled one at the shop?For our customers in the LA area, you could pick up your fully assembled order at our LA dealer’s shop. For customers in other areas, we will send the goods directly to you from a warehouse near you.
45Can I change the order?Yes, but it depends on the status of the order. Orders can be changed free of charge before shipment, but if the goods have already been shipped, a 10% handling fee will be charged.
46What’s your support email address?You can reach us at support@c3strom.com. We receive a high volume of emails but we will usually reply within 24 working hours.
47Is shipping tracked?Yes, all shipping methods are tracked!
48What is the C3STROM warranty and return policy?We provide 1 year warranty. Returns are processed on a case-by-case basis; at some point we will need to charge a small fee as a handling fee. For more details please check here.
49Which countries do you ship to?Canada and the United States (only the 48 contigious states). We currently only ship free of charge to the 48 contiguous United States. (for clarity, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.) Canadian users can pay an additional $150 as shipping fee at www.c3strom.com.
50What is the shipping fee and do I  have to pay taxes on the purchase?Our price covers all shipping costs and federal import taxes. For more information, please refer to your local regulations.
51Any Insurance or License required?No! Our ASTRO and ASTRO PRO is a legal Class 3 e-bike, therefore it won’t require a license or insurance to ride it. Currently, 36 states across the U.S. utilize the three-class system for electric bikes. States may alter some details within their three-tier systems, but most are very similar.
52Second battery or dual battery available?You can add a second battery on our optional rear rack, we have left some screw holes on our optional rear rack.
53Why there’s no rear suspension for ASTRO?Adding rear suspension would increase the weight which would lower the overall power and battery range. We custom designed and made our own silicon saddle which reduces any bumps and vibration in the road and provides smooth comfort throughout the ride experience.
