A: We stand by the quality of our products and do not accept returns on used or opened items. Returns are processed on a case-by-case basis; at some point, we will need to charge a small fee as handling fee. For more details please check here.

A: We will process it for you as soon as possible, and your payment will be returned to you via the original method of payment you used. Please look at the policies of your payment institution to know how long it will take for the refund to arrive.
