Shipping & Returns Information
C3STROM believes in the quality of its products and wants you to shop with confidence. Please read the following carefully to understand our shipping and return policy applies to all components, accessories, and e-bikes sold by C3STROM.
Purchase Process
- For all purchases, your credit/debit card or another payment mechanism will be charged immediately. There will be no delay in payment collection, regardless of when the item is expected to ship.
- Be sure to confirm your order is correct before completing the purchase.
- C3STROM does not accept shipments sent cash on delivery (COD).
Order Processing Times
- Orders for in-stock items will be processed within 3-10 business days.
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipment tracking information. This is just a rough estimate of your delivery date, for more real-time updates contact FedEx.
Shipping Methods
- Our bikes are shipped within the contiguous 48 United States for FREE For shipping destinations in Canada, customers are required to pay an extra shipping fee.
- Due to shipping limitations on lithium-ion batteries, we aren’t able to offer expedited shipping services.
- If you refuse delivery of an order that you asked us to ship to you, we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of $80 per e-bike to partially cover our shipping costs. We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders that have already shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a return if it arrives back to us and issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method, less $80.
Order/Shipping Changes
- If you would like to change the color, and model of your e-bike, you must do so prior to your order being shipped. Any change requested after the order has shipped is not acceptable, C3STROM is unable to make any delivery changes and/or special arrangements.
- Please contact FedEx or use the FedEx Delivery Manager tool to arrange any special requests or delivery instructions.
- Items smaller than bikes may ship by DHL/USPS, and you will also be able to track your package.
Order Cancellation/Returns
- We offer 15 days of receipt free return for all New and Unused items, for a full refund with no restocking fee, less shipping charges. For all returns, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless we made a shipping error. We will issue a refund using the same payment method you used originally.
- If you wish to make a return outside of the 15-day window, then if the item to be returned is in new and unused condition, you may return the item subject to the return shipping charges and a restocking fee in the amount of twenty percent (20%) of the purchase price.
- Refunds will be made to the method of payment used for the order.
- No Bike Shop Returns. Please note that each of our partner bike shops sets its own return and exchange policies and procedures. We do not accept returns of items purchased from bike shops. Please contact the place of purchase to discuss their return policy.
Open Box/Refurbished Bicycle Return Policy
- Any items returned in a used condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase subject to the return shipping charges and a restocking fee in the amount of fifty percent (50%)of the purchase price. Items must be free of any damage. Electric bikes must have less than twenty (20) miles on the odometer.
- For the purpose of warranty and returns, you are responsible for providing a return shipping box at your expense if you have discarded the original box in which the product was shipped.
- Please retain your bike box even if it has been damaged in shipping.
Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:
- Damaged items
- Battery
- Accessories
- Special orders
- Gift cards
- Gifted orders
- If a return is received without explicit authorization, the shipment is likely to be lost. C3STROM accepts no responsibility for items returned to us without explicit authorization.
